Biography

Commodore Fazal ur Rahman joined the Pakistan Navy in 1990 and has served with distinction throughout his illustrious career spanning over three decades. His extensive naval experience includes commanding multiple warships and serving in key strategic positions at Naval Headquarters.

Prior to his appointment as Principal of PN Cadet College Ormara, he served as the Commanding Officer of PNS BAHADUR, the premier training establishment of Pakistan Navy. His leadership roles have taken him across the globe, participating in multinational naval exercises and diplomatic missions.

Captain Rahman has been recognized for his exceptional service with numerous military honors, including the Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Military). His academic achievements include a Master's degree in Maritime Strategy & Security from the National Defence University and specialized training from naval institutions in the United States and United Kingdom.

As an educator, he has lectured at the Pakistan Naval War College and has published several papers on maritime security and naval strategy in prestigious defense journals.

Biography

Commander Abdul Hyee Munawar PN joined Pakistan Navy in September 2004 as a Sub Lieutenant in Education Branch of Pakistan Navy. Over the course of his career, he has served on various staff and instructional appointments, demonstrating professional excellence and dedication to service.

He holds Master’s degree in English Literature & Linguistics and has completed other professional and staff courses whic include Chinese Language Course from Kunshan, China and PN Staff Course (C) from Pakistan Navy War College, Lahore.

Commander Abdul Hyee Munawar PN has served in various PN establishments. His instructor appointments include PNS BAHADUR, PNS QASIM & Pakistan Naval Academy at Karachi as well as King Abdul Aziz Military Academy, Riyadh. His staff appointments include Secretary, Pakistan Navy Educational Trust (PNET) at Karachi and Director Publications at the Directorate of Public Relations, Naval Headquarters, Islamabad.

At present, he is serving as the Vice Principal of Pakistan Navy Cadet College, Ormara.
